As a listing agent, the choice for showings management is in your hands. CHS Regional MLS partners with ShowingTime if you would like to use a robust showing platform. If you would like to manage your showings outside of ShowingTime, you have that option as well!
When entering your listing, choose from the selections shown below to determine whether your listing will sync up with ShowingTime or not. You MAY choose more than one option, such as "Appointment Only" AND "Contact Listing Agent". You'll find this field under the Details tab of your listing maintenance.
