Only the MLS Participant (usually the BIC) can manage listing syndication and opt-in to the MLS direct feeds.
If you would like to have your office's listings (on or off market data) display on sites listed below, you will need to opt-in to the MLS direct feed.
CHS Regional MLS currently has direct data feed agreements with:
- Realtor.com for all active listings
- Realtor.com for sold data
- Zillow.com for active, residential rentals
Follow the instructions below to opt-in and be sure to complete ALL the steps listed. If you stop prior to accepting the terms and conditions you will NOT be opted-in.
Typically, residential listings begin to filter over within a few hours or less. If you do not see your listings live on these sites, after opting-in, within 24 hours, contact MLS Support.
1. Begin by logging into your MLS Launchpad, and selecting the Syndication Opt-in button titled Bridge Interactive: Syndication Opt-in
2. Sign in to the Bridge account by selecting "Agent or Broker" and choosing Charleston MLS from the MLS drop down options.
3. Click the green CREATE NEW AGREEMENT button.
4. Click each feed that you would like to opt-into one by one. The feeds for Realtor.com sold and active data are two separate feeds. You will be required to click through and accept the terms and conditions and click "opt-in" to complete the process.
